Service inquiries and consultations

Our initial consultations are free and carry no obligation. During a consultation, we will discuss your situation, assess potential care needs, and explain our services and pricing. Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship or obligate you to purchase services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance when possible. We understand that circumstances change and will accommodate rescheduling without penalty.

User-submitted content

When you submit information through our contact forms, consultation requests, or other communications, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. For inquiries on behalf of another person (such as an aging parent), you represent that you have appropriate authorization to share their information with us.
